All prices include Breakfast. Breakfast is served between 08:30 to 0900.
All double room are en-suite.
Single room has a private bathroom.

Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of these terms.
Bookings
A non-returnable deposit of the first nights stay will be required.
Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 13:00 to 20:00. Check in times outside of those specified must be confirmed with us prior to arrival.
Check out time is 10:00am.
Amendments to your booking
When the booking is confirmed, a confirmation will be supplied. This must be retained in the event of cancellation or amendment.
To amend your booking, simply call. However some booking may not be transferable.
Payment
The first nights accommodation is taken as a non-refundable deposit, The remainder is due on departure.
Car parking
The Accommodation does not accept responsibility for damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of vehicles parked on Accommodation premises
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the building. The Accommodation reserves the right to terminate the booking in the event of failure or suspicion of failure to comply with this request without being liable for any refund or compensation.
Behaviour
The Accommodation reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of Clients, guests or representatives, who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by the Accommodation. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, the Accommodation may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.
